A post spoken with lyrics.
My world it moves so fast today
The past it seems so far away
And I squeeze it so tight, I can't breathe
And every time I try to be
What someone has thought of me
So caught up, I wasn't able to acheive
But deep in my heart the answer it was in me
And I made up my mind to find my own destiny
Searching outside of themselves
Now I know His strength is within me
And deep in my heart the answer it was in me
And I made up my mind to find my own destiny
Three months and I'm still breathing
Three months and I still remember it
Three months and I wake up
what part of our history's reinvented and under rug swept?
what part of your memory is selective and tends to forget?
what with this distance it seems so obvious?
I need some distraction
Oh beautiful release
Memory seeps from my veins
Let me be empty
And weightless and maybe
I’ll find some peace tonight
I'm going nowhere (on and on and)
I'm getting nowhere (on and on and on)
Take me away
I'm going nowhere (on and off and off and on)(and off and on)
Pie Jesu Domine,
dona eis requiem,
requiem sempiternam.

Well my birthday came and went. For those who DID NOT WISH ME, it was on Tuesday so you missed it. Hmph!
I actually didn't intend to have any lavish celebration this year. Wanted it to be quiet birthday so we had a simple gathering on Sunday and went out with the friends on Monday. Thanks to all those who wished me and stuff. I appreciate it.
For those who didn't.. You all can just never talk to me again.
Totally kidding.
After all, there's still next year. Haha...
Oh and we went to this fantastic Jazz cafe all the way at Haji street. It was fantastic. We really had a great time I must say. I love the ambiance of the whole place.
Yesterday was Gabriel's perf at Barker. I met up with Mel and Dinesh for dinner. We shared a cab there and were nearly late cos we got lost.
The performance was really good. Better than what I expected. Although they could have spoken like true arabic people. Lol. The singing was really fantastic. And yes Gabriel your dancing was not bad. Haha...
Got back at like 12 after sharing a cab with Dinesh (who got a major shock in the cab hahahahaha).
Holidays...
When they push when they pull, tell me can you hold on When they say you should change can you lift your head high and stay strong Will you give up, give in, when your heart's crying out that it's wrong Will you love you for you at the end of it all Now, in life, there's gonna be times when you're feeling low And in your mind insecurity seems to take control We start to look outside ourselves for acceptance and approval We keep forgettin' that the one thing we should know is Don't be scared to fly alone, find a path that is your own Love will open every door it's in your hands, the world is yours Don't hold back and always know, all the answers will unfold What are you waiting for, spread your wings and soar The boy who wonders is he good enough for them He's tryin' to please 'em all but he just never seems to fit in Then there's the girl who thinks she'll never ever be good enough for him She's tryin' to change and that's a game she'll never win In life there's gonna be times when you're feeling low And in your mind insecurity seems to take control We start to look outside ourselves for acceptance and approval We keep forgettin' that the one thing we should know is Don't be scared to fly alone, find a path that is your own Love will open every door it's in your hands, the world is yours Don't hold back and always know, all the answers will unfold What are you waiting for, spread your wings and soar In the mirror is where she comes face to face with her fears Her own reflection, now foreign to her after all these years All of her life she has tried to be something besides herself Now time has passed and she's ended up someone else with regret What is it in us that makes us feel the need to keep pretending Gotta let ourselves be Don't be scared to fly alone, find a path that is your own Love will open every door it's in your hands, the world is yours Don't hold back and always know, all the answers will unfold What are you waiting for, spread your wings and soar Don't be scared to fly alone, find a path that is your own Love will open every door it's in your hands, the world is yours Don't hold back and always know, all the answers will unfold What are you waiting for, spread your wings and soar Don't wait, no more Spread your wings and soar Don't wait, no more You can soar So What you waiting for? ...Don't wait... ...Whoa!... ...Don't wait, no more... ...Don't wait... ...Don't Wait...

Hahahaha I was reading some random stuff on Wikipedia (Jason's favourite website) and found some very funny stuff.
This is taken from the article: Umbrella (song)
Impact of weather
The song's reign at number-one in Britain happened when the country was hit by extreme rainfall and flooding, which led some people to jokingly suggest the two events were related, calling it the "Rihanna Curse".
A similar situation occurred in New Zealand where the song hit number-one in the early summer of 2007 as the country was experiencing some of the worst storms in history. [10]
Interestingly, in Greece, "Umbrella" was released at a time when people were suffering through a summer of several major heatwaves topping 47C/117F, and the worst forest fires of modern history, killing 60 people. When the song peaked at #4 in the Greek singles chart in October 2007 (being one of the most successful international releases), the country began experiencing a rainy spell. It gained high airplay on radio, proving that it was one of the most successful international releases there (along with Nelly Furtado's "Say It Right").
In Spain, where it topped the downloads chart for 7 consecutive weeks and Los40 Principales chart for 4 weeks, while it entered the top 10 downloads, and while topping them both, that was in August, September and the beginning of October, has been one of the wettest summers in decades, and the coldest August from the beginning of the 20th century.
Hahahahahahahahahahaha

Fine, time to update my blog again.
The past few days have been rather ugh cos of the final teeth removal. I have to stay at home even though I want to go out, probably play tennis or something. The freaking bleeding didn't stop till like 1:30am in the morning on Tuesday. I extracted in on Monday evening. Strangely, I felt more frightened this time then the previous time probably cos the last time I was like, "Get that damn thing out!". This time it's more like, "It isn't giving me discomfort but I have to remove it sooner or later". The dentist that I go to is really good. I'll probably do some advertising for the clinic even though they don't need it. Dr Suri from Lee & Lee Dental. Haha...
I started playing dota again! Whee yea it's getting rather addictive so I think I better stop it soon. The holiday homework is somehow getting in my way now. I don't know whether to finish it now and get it over with or wait till December, after Christmas. LOL. Maybe I'll do it during early december.
Well the things to look forward to now:
1. My Birthday! (Y'all better not forget when it is!)
2. Ms Teo's wedding! (Which fortunately I can now go for)
3. Gabriel Biatch's performance
4. Christmas!!!!!!!!! Which includes:
- T4 Christmas potluck at MY house
- Christmas potluck at Matt's house! (I think!)
- Extended family Christmas dinners
- Christmas service
5. FACT camp
6. Weekly episodes of Cycle 9 (Go Heather!)
Hopefully the next part of the holidays will be even better.

Let's get out of this town tonight
Nothing but dust in the shadows
Gone by morning light
Somewhere we won't ever get caught, ever be found
Baby, let's just get out of this townListening to Carnival Ride now. I haven't really been in a country-ish mood since I bought the album so I didn't give it a good listen. So far it sounds good. It's definitely more Shania Twain and less Martina Mcbride. NEARLY as good as her first. I think that one really set the bar high.
I suddenly feel like playing dota again after not playing for about like, 5 months. I think I'll pop over by Giles' place and borrow it. I only hope eurobattlenet is still as crowded as it was before.
Holidays so far have been good. I'm removing my other wisdom tooth next Monday. Finally I'll be rid of all my wisdom teeth. Causing me a lot of discomfort esp when singing.
My room is in an utter mess now. I keep telling myself to clean it up but never get to doing it. Typical me.
Going to play tennis later. Hopefully I won't act like a total fool since it's my first time.
Until then.
